Replay not working properly

For some reason my replay won’t work properly. I cant cycle through the replay and the bar looks stuck at the end even though the video is at the start. I think it only happens with larger replays.

Note that all of the above Support topics were created in the last week, there are probably more replay issues further back.

Try to move using your 15 second skipper button. A prevalent issue there is is that your replay is corrupted, by having months, or even years of “replay” in the replay. Usually, this happens if there is some sort of an issue with the automatic tuning to ATIS.

The reason your bar is at the end is that your actual flight time constitutes a tiny portion of the months (or years) the replay file has.

Could you disclose the server you were in?

Finally, does the game crash whenever you access or play around with your replay?

Hello, I was in expert server and yes sometimes the replay crashes. I would assume it is corrupted.

Unfortunately, this replay is probably corrupted, and there is not much you can do about it. I do believe you can use the 15 second skip button, but, well, if your replay is months or years long, that will take a…pretty long time.

Check if other replays have the same issue. This is what you mentioned:

If this is an issue amongst all of your replays, there is something very wrong with your entire account and how it holds replays.

Lastly, is the replay in question your most recent replay? If it is, go ahead and create a new flight whenever you’re available (you don’t have to fly a route, just sit at the gate for a few minutes) to see if your replay will have the same issue.

Anyway, the replay files getting corrupted is under investigation.
Hopefully the cause and fix will be found soon.
