When a particular replay is deleted it erases all the replay files now all my replays are gone

Iām not sure what you expect them to do tbh.
Deleted replays are deleted, and they are stored locally on device, not on centralised servers. Thereās almost certainly not going to be a way to get them back.
I selected the files I wanted to delete and clicked delete all

Iām going to wager you accidentally clicked on the āDelete Allā option for all replays, which is unfortunate but thereās not likely any way to recover them.
