For some reason i cannot look at my replays, it just shows a gray screen like that picture below, i can hear everything and see the statistics but i cannot see, its been like this for a long time now too

I highly recommend you restart your device and you could check if you have the newest Infinite Flight version on the App Store as well, other way to solver this problem might be deleting and downloading the game or take out the cache and try reviewing again.
Remark: If you delete your cache you are going to lose all of your replays, so, if you have one of them which want to save you should export it.
Try following those steps and let me know if it works again.
