Can you please provide your specific iPad model and iOS version.
You’re also going to need to elaborate on how exactly the rental pass “isn’t working” - a screenshot would be helpful.

the problem is that i payed the rental pass and is not working and i saw in the bank that is charged, but in the app i can’t fly
can you provide a screenshot of what happens when you try to fly?
Does rental pass give you access to ATC? If it doesnt ok, but if it does im not able to access it.
Have you tried giving your app and/or device a restart, to make sure the rental is picked up correctly?
Yes I restarted my device and app many times, but is not working…
Just to confirm - the Boeing 737-800 is the aircraft you rented correct?

If you got the receipt I’d suggest you to DM @schyllberg , if you haven’t got a receipt but still got billed I’d rather contact apple for support.
