I recently tried to renew my subscription for Live+ through the IF website (using my Facebook log in) and I have run into the problem of there being an authentication error. I have screenshots

As you can see the subscription renewal does not go through. My login on IF works still with Facebook and I am still able to login so I do not think it is an issue with facebook login like I have seen some others deal with. In addition, I am not purchasing through the app but the website and am not getting an Error 1 code.
Are you able to make internet purchases otherwise with your card? I know some banks require some form of activation for that to be possible, at least here on the other side of the pond.

Make sure the purchase went through. Check your email for a receipt for your purchase.
Maybe it just takes time for the system to process? How long ago was it that you bought it?
The one that expires more recently expires on my birthday 😄

Yup I’ve made a purchase a recently as yesterday with it.
In that case you should contact your credit card provider, bank, or whatever you use to make the purchase.
Have you used Stripe before? (I assume that’s the option you choosed, unless you want to pay with BitCoin)
No I have not I did receive a text though. I also tried with one of my other credit cards and am getting the same error.
Try purchasing it from the App or Google play store
Okay! If you got the text it should be good, providing you have the funds. I’ll check with @Tyler_Shelton if i were you :)

Hey there, had the same error yesterday at 1500Z. I tried again later on at 1700Z and it worked. Same credit card, using Stripe and Google login in the IF website.
I suppose there was a connection issue with the server at that time.
I tried again just now. Same issue arises and I’ve tried all of my cards I have and I had received the text from Stripe . NOt really sure what to do next. @Tyler_Shelton
