When i renewed my monthly suscription directly opened a new user while already i have old user , then i tried to pay again for my account for one month its not done and one massage told me it will be managed soon, only for one month subscription (for 6 months and one year its open normally)
Can you help me to solve this problem.

Yes , couse after i discover that new user i tried to open my account .
Its open normally.
