Remove the 5 minute Poll Edit

I think they should remove the after 5 minute poll editing. I think this should be in affect because sometimes I need to edit an option, and can’t. I contact mods, but they don’t edit the options.

Definitely needs to be fixed in case someone misses an option to a poll and it needs to be added in. This would be much more hassle free than the 5 minute rule

I think the people who voted should get a notification that the poll was edited so they can choose their answer to the poll.
