Recently I’ve noticed a fair increase in the amount of people utilising the #support category for things such as ghosting appeals and third party app issues, so I just thought I’d put a little reminder that the following topic types of topics DO NOT belong in the support category:
- Ghosting/Report Complaints
- Issues with Third-Party Apps (LiveFlight, IF-A, etc.)
- General ATC/Flying Questions
(Which go in #live, #thirdparty - or better, the app’s thread - and #general respectively)
However, these sort of topics DO:
- App Crashes
- Device Freezes
- Account issues
