Refund Request.

I paid for 6 months, and have put some time into learning. However I have these unexplained violations, or violations based on software bugs (or poor design). Please tell me how to get a refund for the months not used.

I think for refunds you should either get it from apple if you use iPhone and google play for android I think.

iTunes policy is that all app sales are final. We are not able to provide refunds, but you may be able to receive a refund by emailing iTunes customer service making your request.


The GooglePlayStore offers a two hour grace period to request a full refund for any purchase. Following the two hour grace period all refunds need to be requested with the developer by providing a complete copy of the receipt which shows the purchase ID beginning with “GPA” along with a reason for the requested refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case by case.

It is highly recommended to check all tutorials in #tutorials before taking flight.
Also, violations are system generated and are almost never wrong, but in case the yare, they will be removed with proper evidence.

Better explanation.

Before you go on to want a refund please take a look at #tutorials to see I. Your doing anything wrong, as the system accurate most of the time. If you are doing everything 100% then you shouldn’t get bios. As for the refund, there are no refunds once you start the subscription, you can cancel right now, but you still receive the 6 months your currently on and you still pay for that time.

I am asking for a refund because;

a) . I had two speed violations from an interface bug and my question about it, never was approved by moderators.

b) . I had two additional violations, and I have no idea why. No warning, and I have no ability to see what or where,. This prevents me from advancing to Grade 3.

With no transparency into where and why the violations are being applied, no ability to see how, and when they are issued notwithstanding the fact that some are issued as a direct result of the way the application on android “functions”.

What is amazing is that no one asked what my issue was, rather say “no refunds”. I have spent 60 hours building up flight time, and over 100 landings, and because I have no transparency to see what and where the violations had been issued, I am being prevented from using parts of the game.

Am I missing something on why, where and how the violations have been issued.

You can go into your log book, scroll through all your flights, and the flights that have a violation will be listed with an information symbol. If you click on it it will show you exactly what you did wrong.

As for the interface bug, could you please describe some more about that?
