By “refund issue” - what do you mean exactly?
I filed a refund thru Apple and the refund hasn’t hit thru yet.. I already contacted Apple and they told me to contact Infinite Flight.
I’ll let Seb (who’s the staff support guy) handle this. He’s the expert 
Contact Apple again.
They handle literally all transactions and we have no way whatsoever to issue refunds for purchases made through Apple.
