7S3 uploaded for review
Stark’s Twin Oaks airport has been uploaded for review. This Oregon airpark will be coming hopefully sometime early next year.
Next airport:
My next airport will be Lake Wenatchee State Airport (27W)! This is a small grass strip near Leavenworth, WA and is awesome for backcountry flying (might even be able to fit a Caravan)! This airport is special to me because although I’ve never flown in or out of it, my family used to have a place right near this airport. I remember as a kid going here every summer and going to Lake Wenatchee and exploring Leavenworth. There’s even a nearby diner called the “59’er Diner” which we would always go to, and a fudge/candy shop called “The Alps.” Point is, the area around this airport is a special location to me.
The challenge:
Fellow editor @United403 has said that I should try and complete this airport in under 1 hour. All this airport is is a grass strip and one building, so I have taken on this “challenge” and will post an update on how long the airport took to make. Should be starting on it/finishing it this evening!

Lake Wenatchee (27W) was completed in 1 hour 11 minutes. Challenge failed 💀.
Still a pretty speedy build I guess. Next airport will be announced in the following days!

Tacoma Narrows Airport (KTIW)!
Don’t really know what else to say… but this will be a great airport for GA and biz jet flying. IRL you get really good views of the Narrows Bridge on approach into the airport. This will be a fun build!

As we are getting extremely close to the next IF update, I’d like to give a few updates about my airports that I’ve edited and this thread.
Airports being released in 24.4:
1. Rifle Garfield County (KRIL)
Nearby to Aspen and a great airport for biz jets and GA, Rifle is coming in the next update!
2. Stark’s Twin Oaks Airport (7S3) (@Prestoni & @Ryan_15 😜)
An awesome GA airport next to Portland and Hillsboro, this is my second airport coming (hopefully this week) in 24.4!
Johnson Creek Airport (3U2)
My newest project and it has already been finished! I am going back to editing KTIW which is about half way finished at the moment. Johnson Creek is able to accommodate a TBM-930 (there’s a video on YouTube of a PC12 landing there).

As you might’ve noticed I am updating this thread less frequently. I plan to continue this. I will update the list at the top indicating the progress of the airports but will not be sharing as many WIP shots as I used to and I am no longer making “short descriptions” for the airports because it’s simply unnecessary.
I hope that everyone is hyped for 24.4, I think it will be an awesome update (unfortunately there’s no more MAX 8s at KBLI after SWA pulled out…)
