Reduce the level 2/3 violation ban

I realize that there should be a punishment, but A YEAR, come on now, that is too much make it at least 1-3 month, not a year.

It’s not 1 year unless you received all these violations on the same day.

It’s 12 months from the oldest of the 6 violations.
