I see a lot of people seeing Red Weather Roughly 21:30PM GMT.

When you see red weather, Please wait at least 30 mins until 22:00 GMT To see if it fixes its self, This is because the Weather Database Gets Updated Daily.

Red weather generally means bad weather, if that’s what you’re asking.

Additionally, this is not the case. It’s updated on top of every hour.
