Go with the classic YSSY - KLAX; OR YBBN - KPHX (for Pacific flights).
For Atlantic/Polar Flights, go for the amazing KLAX - LPMA; KORD - HAAB; KSFO - LLBG; or even the extant VTBS - KAEX.
What is KAEX?
Alexandria, LA. VTBS- KAEX was a route flown for no reason some time ago.
I enjoy RCTP-KJFK with the EVA Air B77W, which is around 15 hours.
