Recording in IF

The recording button doesn’t work in the galaxy s6

Can you solve this problem please, it use to work and no it says your device is not supported.

Does something appears when you press the record button?

  • Do you get an error message?
  • Are you running Android Lollipop?
  • Can you post some screenshots?

Answer to these would be helpful, thanks.

Check if you have a movie folder, if you don’t have one, go to your computer and connect the phone to it with the usb cord, go to the phone folder and check for one that says Movies.
If you don’t have it, right click and create a new one. It’ll work.
If after some time it happens again, you’ll have to factory reset your phone.
This happened to me after downloading the updated A321.
Hope this helps.

Try creating a directory called “Movies” … has worked for other people

It happened to me after downloading the A321 update. I created 5 times the movie folder and it always deleted itself.
After that I made a factory reset and it hasn’t happened again.
