I haven’t been on IFATC now for about 7 months so have lost my access to the IFATC on expert server. I’m interested in reapplying but am unsure on whether I apply all over again using the same form as someone who is applying for the first time or whether there is a different route I need to take? All advice would be appreciated!

Yes I believe you would need to go through the entire same process again, same as a new applicant would.
I believe in the Manual there’s a thing saying about this… let me find it off the public one quickly.
Edit: I think that’s only in the IFATC one.
