Realistic Null Zone/SensitivitySettings?

As the title suggests, what are the most realistic Null Zone/Sensitivity Settings for each type of aircraft model? I typically go with:

Pitch: 25%
Roll: 25%
Yaw: 0%

This seems to work well for the most part, but I want to accurately simulate the feel of a conventional fly-by-cable and modern fly-by-wire method.
