It would never be the case, and if it were, it would probably take a lot of effort from someone who has been around forever and is in really good standing with the IFC and IF. Probably an ATC supervisor, someone who has shown they can be trusted with power. Also, the expert server isn’t dedicated to absolute realism. Just real world procedures, which refers mostly to ATC usage and such. Livery usage, routes and all that jazz are still in the hands of the public

Honestly I was already thinking about sending in an application to start this. But I have to finish Janet Airlines VA and Thunderbirds VO first.

The pilots most likely won’t care, if anything is incredibly unrealistic to have some random jet start escorting another aircraft

I like to think VAs as a type of VO, which makes more sense when you apply the rule that you can only be staff at one VO.

This is very much true. It is IFVARB policy and I haven’t heard of them changing that.
