I was able to make it to grade 4 and that unlocked the grade 5 requirements. Here’s a screenshot for anyone interested!
How many violations for grade 3 until you get demoted to a grade 2?

Exactly I’m in the same boat I have 6 reports in 1 year 1 to many everything else is fine I was grade 4 now grade 2 I have 711 landings I just don’t know how long that 6 reports will stay their because touch and goes don’t seem to effect it not sure if I’m going to be grade 2 for a year now then.
Whenever the first report that you received goes away (1 year from the date), then you will have 5 reports.
Can you still be reported if you get 5 violations?
You can get reported seperately. You could be reported on the ES and then receive violations, or or receive violations and be reported for like a very bad callsign or server behaviour on the TS or CS.

You can get reported by the system. Not an actual report, and won’t count against you, but it will disconnect you from the live server.

No, you have not. Please look at the bottom row of your Grade table as well as the 4th row. You have too many violations for the past 7 days, and your Violations/Landing (12 months) ratio is too high. It needs to be at <0.50.

So now what should I do? For coming back to 0.50 and 3 violations??
In order to drop that ratio, what you’ll need to do is more takeoff and landings. The landings will not remove violations but rather adjust your violation to landing ratio.
