Reading a flight plan

What is the meaning of the display (numbers in ft. ) followed by airport code and >x% at the top right cornet of the flight plan page?

Those are transition altitudes for the tower’s airspace and the standing required to enter the airspace

Thanks. So, there are three stages in the descent for the approach. Isn’t it?

No, they are transition altitudes for the tower’s airspace. When you request transition over an airport’s airspace, those altitudes are for the ATC controller to tell you what altitude to be above in order to not conflict with other aircraft landing at the airport.

Oh, thanks for the clarification. Very helpful.
