Reaching Grade 3: What it means to me

Hi Guys,

I don’t know about you but simply landing an air plane at LAX on any server feels like winning the WWE Championship. So its no surprise that I feel as confident as Donald Trump when I just recently reached grade 3. In all seriousness let me just that reaching grade 3 feels great, because from what i can tell pilots (at this grade) appear more knowledgeable of proper approach, landing, and takeoff procedures. Pilots at grade 3 are also (in my opinion) better informed of how to properly communicate with ATC. Grade 3 feels like that point at which I’m confident in my abilities to actually be on the ATC team. Now of course grade 3 is only a mile stone, but it also feels like a good starting point for the advance server and ATC training.

what do you guys think? what does reaching grade 3 mean to you?
