So it’s pissing me off! I just literally subscribed and paid for a pro subscription with IF… after a year or so, I switched to MSFS. But since I am on vacation and left my gaming laptop home, and after seeing some new 3D graphics, I’d figure I’d give IF another chance…
anyway, I had to change my password and sign in again, and now it’s saying I haven’t paid, but I did!!!
Update: Only shows i paid on default??? So I need help transferring this!

How fast can you resolve this?? I want to play now… don’t want to be waiting all night or a few days.
This isn’t something I, or anyone other than the support staff can handle. You shouldn’t be waiting more than 12 hours for a reply - it’s approximately 4am in some parts of Europe.
If i use default until they transfer it, can they transfer all my flight into for grade records? or does that get lost?
