Re-doing subcription

Hey guys.

Has anyone been having trouble with subscribing for the pro account again and not being able to have it go through? It’s just loading in my screen for me

Have you tried the basic troubleshoot such as restarting your device, reinstalling the app etc? Are you connected to WiFi/Data?

I’ve restarted my device and app a good amount of times. I haven’t deleted it and reinstalled it yet tho

Try reinstalling the app.

If you have a VPN running, it can potentially interfere with your ability to purchase things. Try logging out and back in on your app store/play store account too, as well as ensuring you have a good connection
