Randomly crash into the ground as I start taxi

As I started taking at KLAX my 737-900 randomly had it’s front gear slip into the ground, I have not done anything to move the aircraft but just level and moving forward after start up.

I think this needs to be fixed on one of our ends here, and hopefully a solution

Hello!
This sounds like a typical case of a corrupt terrain file. A simple restart of the app usually solves it.

A solution to avoid these kind of hiccups is being worked on.
