Hello IFC!
This has been an issue for a while so I am reaching out to see if anyone has this issue as well or knows how to fix it!
Basically, IFC puts topics on tracking that i haven’t even seen before. I also haven’t been tagged or even know the people who made them. Im not sure why random topics are being put to tracking but it floods my inbox and is quite annoying as I miss other important notifications!
As you can see this topic I did not say anything in, or interact with at all was put on tracking. Keep in mind i have never seen this before and somehow it was put on tracking!?
Could you check if you perhaps have the entire Live category set to Watching? Open the category and check if the bell in the top right is blue with an exclamation point.

If so, you can click it and change it to Tracking, Watching First Post, Normal or Muted. This will stop marking any future topics in the category as Watching. Do note, however, that the topics that were automatically set to Watching previously as part of the general category setting will remain with their tracking status at Watching until you manually change it.
You can also check & change the tracking status of all categories in bulk by heading to your profile → Preferences → Tracking.
