Even taxi in very quiet airport is lagging.(landed at hiroshima…no traffic at all).

Even landing just before touchdown. This is really annoying.

Tried multiple connections. All the same.

I completely understand how frustrating this issue has become. Since Phillippe has already responded on the thread, I think all we can do now is patiently wait until they come up with a solution after the holiday season ends. Stay patient, after all, you’re not the only one dealing with this problem. There’s also another highly disruptive issue: the persistent error 7, which keeps appearing even when the connection is stable and in good condition.

This error happens to me in airports with some traffic, I have a 10th generation iPad, and this did not happen before 24.4.2, even reducing graphics to the minimum it happens. IOS 18.2

Hello, this error happened to me with the 737 max and the 777 300, with the A350 this did not happen when I try more planes I will comment on it here, this only happens to me on landing and taxiing to the parking lot

For anyone having performance issues since the last update, could you edit your posts to add make and model of your device as well as OS version (if you didn’t mention it already)

@EGhossein Could you give me the simplest list of steps to reproduce what you are experiencing:

  • Mode (solo preferred)
  • Aircraft
  • Takeoff location
  • Cruising altitude
  • etc…

Try to include every details possible; it helps narrowing down the source of the issue.

Any aircraft. You can try the 737 max
Any airport/location. It happens on the ground as well. No need to TO.

You will see FPS not stable at 30. Problem amplifies while taxing, TO, landing and at cruise level.

Please check my other video posted in this thread to show same issue at cruise level. Plane was A350 on ES.

I have no issues on my iPad Air 2020 or iPhone 14 Pro Max

In both video the FPS is mostly stable… and if it drops it is only for few frames. While we are doing our very best to ensure smooth gameplay, frame drops are expected in multiplayer; there are many too many variables that can trigger those:

  • bad graphics driver
  • os throttling
  • current traffic at location

This doesn’t mean there isn’t an issue; we are looking into it, but your videos are not showing a critical problem with the frame rate.

Thank you for looking into it.

These frames drop appeared only after the update. Previously FPS were constantly at 30 when you dont move the view.

While taxiing, they are more important and cause lags in the image while before it was a smooth ride.

This issue happens even on empty airport without any traffic.
