After resuming an AP+ flight from DXB-SFO, at 30 mins out of SFO, I started getting ATC requests to tune to an active frequency, however, there are no active frequencies shown. Im not trying to get a bunch of violations over this, what do I do?

Let me guess…Training Server? If so, anyone can control on there and most have no idea how to use ATC instructions properly.

Since it was on Training Server, as Benny mentioned, ATC is there just to practice and gain experience so they might not know what they are doing. You have two options in your case. First option is to ignore the instructions if they seem ridiculously wrong like for example on-guarding you at cruise from Tower or outside approach frequency, vectoring you into terrain, slow speed restrictions that can make you stall, etc. Try to follow ATC instructions but if the instructions are like the scenarios I mentioned above, I would ignore them. No point in getting your flight ruined like that by ATC.
Or option two, meet the requirements to level up to Grade 3 and fly on the Expert Server where you won’t run into these issues as controllers are certified there and know what they are doing.
And about the getting reported in training server concern, don’t worry about it as ATC don’t have access to reporting on training server.

Yeah but if I ignore it, can’t I get a violation for being unresponsive?
No ATC on the training server don’t have to be trained so they can’t give out violations
