So I was in free cam looking around the 777, and saw the Ram Air Turbine, I was wondering if anyone knows if this is animated to move.

We also have windshield wipers without precipitation. After project metal is completed and the game can use more of the resources available, maybe features like accessing the RAM air turbine and environmental effects like rain, improved clouds, and tire smoke can be put in? They likely just modeled it to keep it in mind if they ever do want to make it a feature in the future.
