ETOPS refers to a certified time when a plane can safely retable in the event of a technical problem. This is a rule that applies in the real world, so it is not known in the game whether an airplane can go 6000 km with a single engine like this certification.
A lot of aircraft in IF burn less fuel than their real life counterparts, so the IF versions would likely meet ETOPs requirements if you were to test it.
