From recollection, no, the displaced threshold areas are blank.

Better runway marking

The markings on the runway is lacking in infinite flight. The arrows at the displaced threshold and the blast pad is missing in infinite flight. It is just a grey rectangle at this moment. Also, and maybe more importantly, the RWY length displayed in the SIM remains identical before takeoff or when in flight before landing. This should not be the case when there is a displaced threshold (shorter RWY to land at than from which to takeoff).
