Hello, was just wondering if when you last save your flight with the autopilot+ feature, does the flight stop reading weather change etc? Meaning autopilot+ won’t respond and update live weather along your ongoing flight unless your presence is in game? seen as I never see my GS change unless I continue the flight in game.
Other than that, really enjoy the new autopilot+ feature!
this update has significantly changed the IF experience massively, especially for those like me who currently use one device to fly on and with no time to spare. Total game changer!
Hello, it will not adapt to weather and time and that is something that would be the possible goal in the future

This is incorrect. In 25.1, ground speed does not change or react to winds when in AutoPilot+ mode. However the eventual goal is for this to be possible.

Wait so then It’s not in the AP+ @BennyBoy_Alpha which means it doesn’t adapt to real time and weather
When in AP+ mode it does not react to weather - ground speed will remain at whatever the last saved value was before you engaged AP+ mode.
However Laura had said the eventual goal is for it to dynamically change in response to the winds.

When you start AP+, it holds your ground speed until you resume the flight. This was intentional on the part of the devs. Hopefully in the future it will be changed to account for winds and such

Appreciate the response! Glad to know that the goal is to eventually make this a future update sooner or later.
