Quick Instruction buttons not working for ATC sometimes

Hey,I’m not sure if this is a known issue or not. I’ve been controlling a lot now and for each session I control, I noticed a common issue which is the quick instruction buttons on the left side of instruction menu sometimes glitch and do not work after a few uses.

They are very helpful for commands which are repeatedly used, for each aircraft.

I’ve noticed the common ones glitching out are “Exit rwy when able and hold short of XX” or cross XX.
Cross Rwy XX also sometimes glitches out and does not work.
Frequency Handoff sometimes also faces the same problem.

This is a known issue. Pretty annoying but nothing we can do about it
