I believe those are vortexes created by airflow on the wingtips. Best to ask this in #real-world-aviation there’s alot of people there that can help you! It’s def not fuel because they don’t dump this low or close to landing. I know the reason why planes have winglets is because the tip of the wing doesn’t let the air flow off smoothly so it pushes the wing up and down (sometimes creating the trail you’re seeing?).
