Question - Traffic

Hello I used to play this game a while back just downloaded it and bought the pro. How can I see other players ? Also how can I level up ? Do I just keep completing flights? Thank you

hey, welcome to the community.

no trick in seeing traffic, just spawn at popular hubs and you will see other pilots.

to go up in grades or “level up,” yes just keep flying and eventually you’ll move onto the training server, then to the expert server.

to see your progress on how close you are to moving onto the next grade, click on your profile and you should see your stats

Spawn Heathrow/ Training server (Concentration of the crowd) or casual and do pattern work until your stats pass grade 3 requirements. Then take a look at the ATC guide and flying guides avaliable on the forum and tutorials on YT. Once you feel confident only spawn in the expert server starting from Delta Class airports (No active ATC) and do some proper IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) flights with a filed flight plan that includes SID (Standard Instrument Departues) and STAR ( Standard Terminal Arrival Route) with GA aircrafts like challenger 350 etc. Eventually you will learn how to navigate in a airspace after few short test flights. Check out Infinite Flight on YouTube for all the tutorials. Happy Flying Tyler!

Go into tranning server at egll or klax airport and then go to setting and then online and set online players count to very high

By spawning into multiplayer, you will automatically see other players that are connected to the same server. If there are none at the airport, either no one is there, or there is a connection problem.

Also, you can enable airplane names and airplane dots which are floating text above the aircraft.

By completing flights and getting flight hours, you will unlock new servers:

Casual: Unlocked at grade 1. Usually about 200 players.

Training: Unlocked at grade 2. Can receive level 1 violations. Usually about 300 players.

Expert: Unlocked at grade 3. Can receive all typed of violations, including bans from that server. Air Traffic Control is a selected group of people, not anyone. Usually about 1500 players.

You can also use one of the many trackers we have to see where people are on each server:

InfiniteX (desktop)
InfiniteView (desktop)
InfiniteHorizons (desktop)
InfiniteInfo (iOS app)
InfiniteTrack (Android app)

etc.
