So I don’t touch the trim on all my flights cuz I fly multiple planes so what the good trim average planes I fly are the A320 A321 B777

It mentions trim levels for takeoff and landing for most aircraft and is fairly up to date. As for cruise, it is up to you but is often in the lower range of 0-15%. Safe travels!
