Is it theoretically impossible to acheive 15 ghosts in the previous two years if you can only have 5 ghosts in the past year? Doing the math it seems impossible so that is why I am asking

and yes that is the goal I was just curious cause I have more thinking time on my hands it was a random thought that came up and it doesnt seem like you can achieve that
