I have gotten some violations and was degraded to grade 2 and couldnt get back into grade 3 cause of all level 2/3 (year) being exceeded, so i waited till the last violations to expire and here it says 12 months ago while im still in grade 2
I’ve seen some people who have experienced this, moderators can fix this situation Contact moderators

I checked my profile and it still says level 2
Spawn in briefly on Casual Server for the system to update your stats.
