Question for mods regarding Screenshots and Videos category

I have a quick question for the IFC mods regarding the 10 photos per topic rule on the Screenshots and Videos category.

I tried finding where I saw this a few months ago, but I distinctly remember reading a comment recently from one of the IFC mods where they said that more than 10 photos is okay as long as there is only 10 individual files uploaded. Is this accurate? The way I am picturing this in my head is that collage of photos is fine as long as there are only 10 files uploaded. I have an example of how I am picturing this below.

As you can see, there are two photos displayed, but they are contained within a single file.
