I’ve been wanting to ask this for quite a while now. But never got the courage to do so till now.
WSAC is Singapore Changi Airbase, an RSAF airbase. It used mainly for their A330MRTT hub.
I’ve seen one video that one flight is actually departs at runway 02R, meaning that the runway 02R/20L co-sharing with commercial aircraft from WSSS. It’s a long taxi btw.
That’s correct. Even though both airports are connected to each other since December 2020 (as part of Changi Airport’s expansion plan which includes the new Terminal 5 construction), both airports remain separate as of now. For more information, you can refer to @Major-Tom 's response below.
