Hello, I went to see my grade table and saw that at the end of it was written. All violations (1 year) 6/5 . I’m on grid 2 , and I wanted to know if I’m going to have to wait a year to go back to grade 3.

Assuming the type of violations you received were L2/3 violations, you have to wait a year (from your first violation) before being able to go back to Expert as the maximum L2 and L3 violations you can have is 5 for Grade 3. Once your first violation drops off one year later, you will have 5 L2/3 violations which will make you eligible for Grade 3 again.

Not a year from now, but you will have to wait one year from your first violation, so that you have only five violations.
