As far as I know, you can contact the developers of vaBase at support@vabase.com
@JarrettFlies and @Zachary have some good experience with vaBase if you need help though!

Hi there,
The developer of vaBase is not on IFC from what I know. Apart from that the name of their developer is Myles. If you need help then you can join their discord (message me anywhere for the link). If you require immediate help from a community member then contact the names mentioned by Sooraj. Another person I would like to add to that list is @Jason_M as he is very experienced in vaBase.
