Nope, all VA’s varied on Minimum Age Requirements.

No, 13 is the base age for almost all VA’s because that’s the minimum age to be on the IFC.
Some VA’s might have a slightly higher age requirement so the people applying will be a bit more mature.

There are lots of them, you can just go to #va-thread and find their requirements! A few I can think of is ANVA and QVG.
