So if I want to fly fly say the TBM from Boston to Frankfurt, how would I make simbrief make stops?
you have to file a flight plan to the stop you want to make
Make a flight plan from Boston to your first destination then load it into the simulator like you would normally do (like @adam_2tuff mentioned) then make SimBrief generate a second flight plan from your first destination to the second destination and load it in and repeat the steps. What you will have to do is manually put the fuel in because SimBrief will overwrite the fuel load to match it with the last leg of your journey so that may be insufficient for you and you don’t want to be ditching in the Atlantic.
