Hello guys .i have a little question . When i play online . “Casual server” . There is no pushback just taxi and takeoff and some other things . Anyway . I can’t request things such as takeoff . Is it the same on other servers.

No, only on the expert and training servers. You only need to request permission to move or take off when ATC is active. Also, welcome to the community, glad to see you here.
