Question about oceanic tracks

So I am using an oceanic track to cross the Atlantic and for some reason all the planes are flying towards me. Forgive me if this is a simple question but, are some oceanic tracks only meant for a certain direction?

Yes, currently track Z is meant for western flights only and track A is meant for eastern flights. In IF, you can tell by where the letter fro the track name begins. For example, track A starts on the European side of the Atlantic, so the direction for that track will be from Europe to the americas.
