Qs Regarding login issues

I was gone from infinite flight for quite some time from my new job, and now after many months I’m back. Today I tried logging into my old account through the app to access my old stats, grade 3, etc., and I can’t seem to log in for some reason. Upon clicking “log in through infinite flight” it redirects me to chrome to log in. I fill the same information I used to relog into this account I’m typing with (same as the account I used to use in the app). After filling my information out, it asked me to authorize the agreements for my phone, and when I click it, it takes me back to the app. When I’m back in the app it shows no change and no account. I tried 5-6 times and then decided to try buying an account and clicking the “link to IFC account" and it does the same; redirect, fill out info, authorize, no progress. I’ve tried that a few times now and it’s not working. So is there anyway to 1, get my account back and logged in, and 2 a refund for the new account that didn’t log me in? Thank you to anyone that has ideas!

Hello! By the looks of it, your device is not connecting to the server, so I would recommend clearing your cache, and restarting your device. Hope this helps.

I’ve tried and that didn’t work so I might just have to start over in this new one I paid for… with that said anyone know how to change your user? Mines a bunch of numbers.

It would appear your subscription has not been linked to your IFC account correctly. Send [email protected] an email and Seb will help sort this out for you :)
