Early this Morning in Sydney a Qantas Link Dash 8 heading for Port Macquarie was struck by lightning 25 minuets into the flight. Here is more about it⬇️⬇️⬇️

Did the pilot say ‘the weather is not normal’? lol
That must have been a very strong lightning because every frequent flier has been in a plane struck by lightning at least once. Happens all the time and we never notice it.

Surprisingly this occurs a lot with commercial jets but, a Dash 8 is a whole different story.
