The rework for this should include four Qantas liveries The 1984-2007 livery, 2007-2016 livery, the 2016- livery and one of the retro Roos.

I don’t think so. The devs only add current liveries, you can vote here for the retro liveries:
Plus the new Silveroo livery hasn’t been released on the 737 yet. Here is the 787 version:

it does need a rework. like who flys jet 2, Transylvania or those un popula airlines. I would fly to CHC from BNE or do NZ domestic

With Qantas operating more than 70 737s in passenger config alone, I can’t see how it wasn’t added from the start. :(
