Having landed in to Dubai from Luxembourg, IF will then not let me pushback again for Bangkok on the same flight, I have disconnected all the ground services and it still won’t let me, is there any fix?
Hi,
I know this breaks up the flow of things but if you have ensured all ground services are fully disconnected and your parking breaks disabled, the best way to solve these minor glitches is fidgeting.
— Try reconnecting a ground service and then disconnecting it.
— Try uncoupling with the pushback tug and then connecting again.
— Try restarting your flight by going to the app home menu.
— Try restarting your app entirely.
None of these are the official suggestions but for such a small issue I haven’t seen raised, one of the above is bound to work.

Do you have your NAV Lights and BEACON lights on?
NAV’s, Beacons, seat belts and no smoking all on
I had tried the first 2 but to no avail
Is your parking brakes on?
parking brakes off
After attaching tug remove brake and click on push back start
Nothing is going to work sadly… Just end the flight and create a new one but to avoid this mistakes before starting your flight turn your nav lights on then ground services, once done the ground services should be turned off… Wait for them to clear, then beacon lights on, pushback tug attached and parking brakes removed then pushback… I hope this helps you.
Everything I did was correct, like I call it “IF Memory Items”. Master switch - on, nav lights - on, no smoking - on, Pax - off, cargo - off, GPU - off, beacons - on, seat belts - on, pushback tug - attached, parking brakes - off
That is all correct, so it must be some sort of strange glitch and you’ll unfortunately have to rejoin.
Did you mean APU by, “GPU?”
nope, we have the option to have the ground power unit displayed
Oh I’m sorry, for a sec I got confused. My bad!
No worries at all mate!
have you tried to connect all ground services again and disconnect them? I dont know if it will fix it but worth a shot
But did you wait for the ground services to clear… If even a second delay can cause a disasters.
