Pushback Violation by falling through the gate

Good morning.
I wanted to pushback from KLAX and I literally fell through the ground and I got a violation because I was doing acrobatics… Yeah right.
I got a violation, exited the game came back in and tried to pushback again.
Again I started to fall through the floor but exited the game before I could get a violation.

Could I get this removed please??
